Self-Guided Tours of La Rioja
All guests recieve a log-in to our Intranet containing detailed recommendations on tapas routes, local sites of cultural interest such as the Viña Dinastia wine museum, as well as directory of restaurants, bars, wineries and spas, taxi/chauffeur services and private catering options. It includes suggested itineraries for 7 days and helpful notes on practical issues concerning your stay in the house.
Guided Activities
Black Grape provide the possibility of a private English speaking guide with extensive local knowledge who specialises in wine and gastronomy. Our guide can arrange complete guided tours of 3-7 days, or help you arrange selected activities from the list below.
Cooking Classes
Choose from a menu of traditional and modern Spanish dishes to make up a three- course lunch/dinner to cook and share. Sample dishes:
gazpacho, ajo blanco, paella, pochos, tapas, crema catalana, peras al vino.
Advanced courses with local chefs are also available.
Wine Tours and Tastings
Explore the region by getting to know the wineries ranging from ancient systems to state-of-the-art technology. Tastings can be done at Black Grape or at the wineries themselves.
