Booking Procedure
Upon receiving your booking request, we will contact you and confirm the availability.
 
In case the house is available in the requested period, we will then proceed to make a preliminary reservation for you. This reservation becomes final upon receiving a non-refundable deposit by credit card or by wire transfer.  The deposit amounts to 25% of the total price. When we have registered your payment, the status of your booking will be changed from a preliminary reservation  to a confirmed reservation.
 
The remainder (75%) must be paid 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. This payment is non-refundable. Changes to the booking can, however, be made up until 20 days before arrival. See below.
 
Payment Options
We accept a wide number of credit cards and payment through PayPal. Direct international bank transfer can also be made to our bank account.

All our prices are in Euros and excluding local taxes 7%.
 
Wine
At the end of your stay you will tally up how much wine you have enjoyed and the bill can be settled with cash in the box in the cellar or by credit card payment on this website. Instructions on how to go about it is available in the house and on the Intranet – it’s very easy.
 
Additional Cleaning
In case you require additional cleaning or laundry services the bill can also be settled upon departure with cash or wire transfer.
 
Security deposit to pay on arrival
We don’t require a security deposit (or credit card details) like you would  in a hotel. However, we are obliged by Spanish law to take and hold your passport details, as any hotel does.
 
Changes and Cancellations

Should you wish to change your reservation, these are the terms:
 
* Changes requested before 60 days prior to the arrival: Upon availability, you are free to change your booking at no cost.
* Changes requested before 20 days prior to the arrival: Upon availability, your changes can be made at a 25% change fee.
* Changes less that 20 days before arrival are not possible.
 
But always do contact us. If we can manage the to get another guest for the booked period, we will find a solution.
 
Remember: You may want to ensure that your travel insurance covers No Show and Cancellation costs.
 
In the event that you cancel your booking, your 25%  deposit will not be refunded.
If the cancellation is within 60 days of the arrival date and the full sum has been paid, no refund will be made.
In case we need to cancel your reservation, any deposits made will be refunded in full
 
Jurisdiction
Our terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and users accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
 
About Us
The Black Grape is the commercial name of our house. The house is owned and operated by the Spanish limited company Fincas Palnatoke SL, to whom the above payments are made.
 
Black Grape / Fincal Palnatoke SL is managed (accounting an legal issues) by Attorneys at Law Sayma Consultores in Vitoria, Spain. Sayma can be contacted on www.sayma.es. Our contact persons are Guillermo Arce (legal) and Gemma Ruiz de Arcaute (accounting).
