My buddy and I stayed at the Black Grape in mid-August and it completely exceeded all of our expectations. 

Ollauri is a beautiful, old, and very quaint little town right in the middle of Rioja and just a few kilometers away from Haro and some of the most instrumental of the Rioja wineries/ bodegas. 

It was great to be able to come back to such a beautiful townhouse for a siesta or to just relax and enjoy some of the great (and very affordable) wine they stock in the cellar. 

The house is located in a historic block but is very modern inside.  From multiple kitchens, 4 bedrooms, a den and many bathrooms, it could easily accomodate four couples.  The owners are very responsive and have obviously put a lot of time into the rennovations. 

We stayed for 4 days, and probably could have spent another day or two exploring Rioja.  I would reccomend The Black Grape without reservation and would be happy to answer any questions any prospective guests may have.
